Aspiring Professionals

Youthforce are committed to developing a world class children's and young people's workforce, we believe that establishing high standards from the outset is vitally important. Our introductory level courses are designed to establish good practice through the introduction of foundational professional themes or new specialist topics. Through our training we support a range of routes into the sector this includes work with:

• Paid workers who are new to the field
• Apprentices - both formal apprenticeship schemes and non-formal versions
• Volunteers
• Young people (usually 16 plus)
• Experienced workers who need a refresher or are interested in a specialist subject

We also work in a highly supportive way with number grass roots organisations that are keen to 'grow their own' workforce through nurturing raw talent.

Youthforce thoroughly enjoys designing new courses that are tailored towards meeting the specific needs of a group or organisation. We get great satisfaction from playing a part in the development of an individual's career or assisting to build capacity within an organisation or community.
